Logging on web servers
During your visit to the Company's website, the company we hire to manage the website processes and stores technical data about the device you are using (operating system, screen resolution and other non-personal features) and about the browser (version, language settings), in particular the public IP address of the computer you are using to visit the Company's website, including the date and time of access. An IP address is a unique numerical address by which your device sends/receives data to/from the Internet. If you do not transmit data that allows the Company to identify you when using the Company's website, our service provider or we cannot actually know who owns the IP address. However, the user may be identified if legal action is taken against him (for example, in the event of attacks on the website) and the Company becomes aware of his identity during the investigation.
The Company's service provider uses the data to be processed for statistical purposes in a manner that does not identify you personally, so that the Company can track which devices and with which settings are used to access the Company's website and, based on this, optimize the website accordingly. These statistical data do not contain any personal data. The legal basis for compiling statistics is Article 6 (1) f) GDPR.
In addition to the above, your IP address is used to ensure that you have the technical ability to access and use the Company's website, as well as to detect and prevent attacks on the Company's service provider or its website. Given that the purpose of the attacks is to cause harm to website operators or their users (e.g. to prevent access, steal data, spread malware [including viruses] or for other illegal purposes), such attacks may disrupt the proper functioning of the data center of the company hired by the Company, the use of the Company's website or its functions, as well as the security of visitors to the Company's website. The IP address and access time are processed to prevent such attacks. With this processing, the Company - through its service provider - ensures the functionality of its website and prevents illegal attacks against itself and visitors to the Company's website. The legal basis for processing such data is Article 6 (1) f) GDPR.
The stored IP data is deleted (by means of anonymization) as soon as it is no longer required for the detection or protection against an attack.
Cookies
The Company uses cookies and similar technologies (in particular local storage) to ensure the stable and technical functionality of its website, to understand how visitors use it, and to save the settings selected by users in their browsers.
A “cookie” is a small text file that your browser stores on your computer when you visit the Company’s website. If you visit the Company’s website again, the Company can read these cookies again. However, this may result in the Company’s website no longer functioning properly. In addition, you can delete cookies yourself at any time. If you do not delete them yourself, the Company may determine how long cookies will be stored on your computer. This is the difference between session and persistent cookies. Session cookies are deleted by your browser immediately after you leave our website or close your browser. Persistent cookies are stored for the period specified by the Company when they are stored.
We use cookies for the following purposes:
Technically necessary cookies, which are intended to enable the use of the Company's website functions (for example, to identify that you are logged in). Some functions cannot be provided without these cookies.

Information on how to configure cookie settings for the most common browsers is available at the following links:
Feedback form
If you send the Company a message using the provided feedback forms, the Company will use the data you have provided to process your request. The legal basis for this is the Company's legitimate interest in responding to your request in accordance with Article 6 (1) f) GDPR. If your request serves to enter into a contract with the Company, the further legal basis for processing is Article 6 (1) b) GDPR. The data will be deleted after your request has been fulfilled. If the Company is legally obliged to store the data for a longer period, the deletion will be carried out after the relevant period has expired.
Disclosure of data to third parties
The Company does not disclose the personal data transferred to it to third parties (in particular, not for advertising purposes).
In this case, for the functional operation of the Company's website or for the provision of services/sales of products, the Company cooperates with service providers (persons who process data). Personal data may be communicated to such service providers. The Company is careful in the selection of its service providers - especially with regard to data protection and data security issues - and takes all measures required in accordance with data protection legislation
Google Analytics
Within the framework of the data processing agreement, the Company uses a service provided by Google LLC (hereinafter referred to as “Google”), Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, including through the tag manager for Google Analytics – Google Tag Manager. As an order processor, Google uses a so-called “cookie” file – a small text file that is stored on your computer by your browser. This cookie provides Google with information about which website you have accessed, and, in particular, the following information: browser type/version, operating system, technical information about the operating system and browser, as well as the public IP address of the computer you are working on. The Company uses Google Analytics in such a way that your IP address is used only in anonymous form. This anonymization is valid in Ukraine, the European Union or in member states of the European Economic Area after receiving notification from Google. In exceptional cases, the full IP address may be sent to a Google server in the USA, and there it is anonymized. According to Google, the IP address is anonymized before it is stored on a permanent data medium. For more information, please see Google's privacy policy, available at: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=en .
Google Analytics allows the Company to collect statistics on the use of its website, as well as demographic data about visitors and their behavior in an anonymous form. The statistics are also compiled to help the Company better understand how visitors find the Company's website so that the Company can improve its search engine optimization and advertising costs. This processing allows the Company to pursue its legitimate interests in being able to improve its website and advertising campaigns. The legal basis for processing such data is Article 6 (1) f) GDPR.
Information on how to opt out of Google Analytics can be found at: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=ua
